Our Inventory
    Your prices are so low, how can I be sure these are genuine Swarovski Crystal Beads and
    Pearls and not imitation?
    The very desire behind Can Do Creations, was to provide the highest quality beading supplies at
    wonderfully low prices.  My vision was to help others create jewelry that would become
    heirlooms.  In order to ensure the integrity of my products, I only purchase my Swarovski Crystal
    Beads and Pearls from Swarovski Company authorized distributors.

    Here are a few tips to help you determine the authenticity of your Swarovski Crystal Beads.
    1)  Swarovski Crystal Beads are machine cut.  Thus, each bead should be uniform in shape,
    color and size.   
    2)  Due to each Swarovski Bead being machine cut, each facet juncture is ensured to meet at a
    common point.  Imitations may not.
    3)  When I receive my Swarovski Crystal Beads, they are not strung.  They are in the original
    factory package with the Swarovski seal.  If you see Swarovski Crystal Beads being sold on a
    string, we recommend you proceed with caution.            
    4)  When you view the Swarovski Crystal Beads, you should see no bubbles inside.  If you see
    bubbles in the beads, you can assume, with much certainty, they are not genuine Swarovski
    Crystal Beads.
    5)  When you compare Swarovski Crystal Beads to imitators, Swarovski Crystal Beads will
    have, visually, more sparkle and shine.

Placing Orders

    Do you accept telephone orders?
    Ordering online provides the fastest service.  However, if you prefer, you may place your order over the phone
    by calling us at 1-812-898-2503 (Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 4:30)

    What are your shipping and processing fees?
    A 5% processing fee is added to all orders.  Shipping charges are based on parcel weight and delivery zone.  
    These charges are set by UPS and USPS.  

    What payment options do you accept?
    Can Do Creations accepts VISA and MasterCard credit cards and PayPal.  Can Do Creations does not store
    your credit card information.  We use Paymentech to provide safe and secure credit card processing.

    When will my order ship?
    All in stock items will ship within two business days.  In most cases, orders will ship the following business
    day.   

    Will Can Do Creations ship to an address different than the billing address?
            Absolutely!


Shipping -

    What delivery carriers does Can Do Creations use?
    Can Do Creations uses USPS Priority Mail and UPS as our carriers within the United States and UPS Standard
    for Canada.   UPS Standard for Canada is the only ship method available for Canadian orders, at this
    time.  Charges vary by parcel weight and delivery zone.  Currently, we offer the following services:
USPS Priority Mail, please allow delivery time of 6-10 business days in the United
States.  Minimum Charge of $4.99 will be applied to all orders.  Actual Shipping
Charge will be calculated (based on weight) and applied at the time of shipment.
USPS Global Priority Mail, for Canadian Shipments.  Please allow delivery time of
7-14 business days,   Minimum Charge of $6.99 will be applied to all orders.  Actual
Shipping Charge will be calculated (based on weight)and applied at the time of
shipment.  This is the only Ship Method available for Canadian Orders, at this time.
Please note,
UPS does not
ship to Post
Office boxes.
UPS Ground Service has an approximate delivery time of 2-5 days in the United States,
after shipment date.  
UPS Next Day Air guarantees next business day service.  You will receive your order
on the next business day following shipment date.  Orders requesting UPS Next
Day Air must be received by 2 p.m. E.S.T.  Not Available For Custom Orders or
Factory Packs
UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees 2nd business day service.  You will receive your order two
business days following shipment date.  Not Available For Custom Orders or
Factory Packs
UPS 3 Day Select guarantees 3rd business day service.  You will receive your order
three business days following shipment date.  Not Available For Custom Orders
or Factory Packs

Delivery
For local residents, we offer a delivery service with a flat fee of $5.00 per
delivery

    How will "Back Ordered" or "Out Of Stock" items ship when they are shipped?
    Can Do Creations rarely has out of stock items.  However, when those rare occasions occur, initial shipments will
    ship you request.  Any secondary shipments will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

What is your Return Policy?

    Returns received within 14 days of shipment, in the original packaging, will be accepted. Any returns
    received, after 14 days, will not be refunded.  Refunded amount will be for the cost of the item(s) only.  
    Shipping and Processing charges will not be refunded.  We do not accept returns on custom orders.  All
    returns must include a copy of the original invoice.  Can Do Creations is not responsible for postage on
    returned items, nor do we refund the original shipping and processing fees.
